Do they make them in 5 pound bars?
Lately, I've been plagued with insomnia.I can't fall asleep to save my life which is simply cruel because sleeping is a favourite hobby of mine.When I saw this melt, I was skeptical, but willing to try it.I know chamomile and lavender are both sleep agents and I like the smell of both.

The melt bar is small, but I found it to be rather cute.My bathtub is also really small, so I halved the melt and tossed it into a hot hot hot bath one night when I was just simply *desperate* for sleep.It didn't foam up, and I didn't expect it to (but I'd love one that does--I'm just sayin') but when I slipped into the water...whoa.The water was absolutely silky.It felt so lovely!

I was in the bath for longer than my usual (ridiculously long) bathtime because I loved the smell so much.It was earthy and delicate at the same time, which is a combination that's hard to achieve.And it was a relaxing scent.Very relaxing.I made sure I got sufficiently soaked all over my body before I got out.The melt gave the water almost a lotion quality and I could feel the softness in my skin immediately (and could still feel it the next morning at work--after another shower!).

And the sleep....Well, it didn't put me to sleep.But once I did fall asleep, I slept harder than I had in weeks.I'd like to think the melt had something to do with it.It's definitely going to become a staple item in my Bath Goodies drawer.

Fabulous!Incredibly relaxing!
This is the melt to try if you need to de-stress.It makes your skin so soft and takes away all your worries.Heed the warning - it will put you into a coma of sleep after.I love it so much I just bought 6 more.Also recommend Bath and Body Works French Lavender candle.

Chamomile lovers...
...This melt is for you. It's like a really strong pot of chamomile tea, with hints of sandalwood and ginger.

The chamomile scent really stands out, but I didn't find the melt to be sleep-inducing.I felt relaxed, like I always do after a nice LUSH bath, but not overly so.It was moisturizing, but not super-moisturizing.

A good product to have on hand for your evening bath, I keep three or four around as basic bath supplies.

This really will help knock you out. Especially mixed with a Waving not Drowning bomb. Its not a very subtle scent, really. Its a bit strong, but not too strong...It really helps sleep. Plus, it moisturizes you REALLY well. For more moisture during the bath, take the bar and rub it all over your body or on dry spots. Works well. Definitely a staple. Good for insomniacs (me) those dealing with depression (me) anxiety (me) This is very calming.Use the night before an important day...If you're like me you stay up all night because you're too excited or stress to sleep, and being tired the next day isn't a good thing. This will always help you sleep and help you calm down.

Very Relaxing and Mild
I only gave this a three but rest assured that I also make sure it's one of those that I'm always stocked up with. I perfer stronger scents and Dreamtime is more on the mild side so I sometimes use it with another bomb or use it as a bar and rub all over with it.The scent is very calming and restful however so if you take baths at night, particularly after a hard and stressful day, try this one! ... Nice scent..
but somewhat too faint for me.I was hoping for a really coconutty/fruity scent to whisk me away to say, the tropical islands but that didn't happen.I couldn't really even make out the scent but I remember that it wasn't offensive..just something subtle and nice.I used half the bar but there weren't that many bubbles and the water turned only slightly pink.Maybe I used too much water??Well, I still have half a bar to go so maybe that might be better.

**Edit**I've tried it again, this time filling up the tub with hot running water rather than the auto-tub filler.The new verdict?I like it even better and would give it 4 STARS - I can't change the star ratings from previously though.Lots of bubbles and a sweet, somewhat fruity but still not coconutty scent despite the pieces of coconut in it.Though not the best I've tried, I would still buy it again for the bubbles and pleasant fruity smell. ... Hey! this is my fisrt LUSH product and I am already in LOVE! lol. this is the neatest thing! It created this white SOFT foam on the top of my bath water, and underneath the water turned PINK! It was soooooooo SOFT! I was scared it would be too oily but it wasnt! It was just right! TRY THIS PRODUCT

A yummy way to relax!
I have to say that this bath melt was SO good!At first I didn't really like the smell in the wrapper, it was too sweet.But after you let it melt in the water, it definetly softens and smells perfect.It's kind of like cotton candy but jucier, with a (very) slight musk-y undertone... If that makes any sense! Very soothing and RELAXING.You can just let it melt in one big clump after the tub has filled, or crumble it up under running water for some foam.I only used half at a time and found that it was more than enough. It leaves your skin soft and gently scented; not at all overpowering. It's a little pricey but I think everyone should try it at least once.Use it more as a bath treat, not an everyday thing.Unless you can afford it!

Pink Foam!
It's a little small for the price but it really does it's job! Run it in your bath and you'll have a very sweet and yummy fruit (melon?) scent and is very similar, but not as sweet as Creamy Candy. The foam will also have a bit of pink in it, which I thought was lots of fun :)! ... Read more

Mmmm....just right.
This was my first bath melt experience and I......LIKE IT!!! I'm really a bubble bath girl, and I knew this wouldn't generate the big mounds of bubbles that Lush's bubble bar slices do, but as another reviewer noted it did produce a nice cappucino-like froth. The scent is wonderful; sweet, but not too cloying, and the moisturizing level is just right (my skin is soft after a Floating Island bath but not greasy/over-moisturized). Just the thing for a summertime bath in a hot and humid climate - light, moisturizing, and relaxing.

One note: this wasn't melted when I got it (my poor little Soft Couer was a sorry squished shapeless mushy blob when it arrived the same day), but it was broken into large chunks. Not a problem - I just added chunks to my bathwater until I thought I had enough for my (oversized clawfoot) tub and was pleasantly surprised when about half the melt remained. If it hadn't been broken I probably would have tossed the whole thing in there, but this way I'll get another happy bath experience out of it.

Just for the smell...
I'd buy this product again.It has a sweet vanilla smell which is very relaxing.The melt itself took a good 20 minutes or so to fizz away which was amusing to watch as it created a layer of creamy, pillowy clouds of...foam.Yes, it looked almost like the foam you see on a cup of steaming cocoa or capuccino.Great for those days you want some warm sweetness after rough and tumble days.Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this product.It left my skin soft and smelling nice, even if somewhat faint.I only wished the scent were stronger and would stay on my skin longer and be more noticeable.

one of my favorite Lush products
This sweet, nutty scented melt makes your skin and hair so soft. If you wash and rinse your hair in a tub full of floating island water you probably won't need to use any conditioner. One of these melts lasts me 3 baths.

Heavenly!Wonderful!
Try this one, it is a great product.It has a soft and delicious scent with luxurious moisture.I really liked the fizz too.It does not have anything in it to clog the drain and will not make the tub too bright/slippery so you have nothing to lose.Everyone will want to taste you after.

One thing I have noticed about Lush products is that what you think might be one thing, is something completely different.I gave a friend a massage bar and she thought it was a bath bomb and couldn't understand why her tub was so greasy.I've been using Lush products since i first discovered the company in Australia in the late 90s and I love them to death!But make sure you kow what to do with what you are buying!Bubble bars crumble, massage bars are for massages, the bath melts are something totally different as well.But once you figure it out, you;ll never go back!

Bubble bars are not soap!! They are to be crumbled into your bath water to make bubbles. That is why her bar "crumbled". They are great to make lovely smelling, bubbly water to float around in.I heard this one is particularly good, so am ordering it now!

A GOOD IDEA THAT DIDN'T WORK

It looked pretty and smelled wonderful.My round bubble of French Kiss soap was run through with wide streaks of lavender(actually more purple than lavender) and there was a perky sprig of rosemary sprouting from the top.

Couldn't wait to take it to the tub.Unfortunately after perhaps four baths my bubble burst.The soap came completely apart - just crumbled.I don't know whether the lavender soap just could not stay with the white portion or what.Whatever the case, French Kiss Bubble Bar doesn't take well to water. ... MA Bar
Again, like the other products I ordered, I expected the scent to be warm and sweet, and found it to be more herbally than I like.This bar did make alot of bubbles, but also turned the water a very dirty brown color - husband entered the bathroom and asked if the water was actually supposed to be that color.

Overpowering Honey Toffee Scent...
I usually enjoy Lush's honey fragrances, but MA BAR's scent is overwhelming (maybe it's the cocoa powder). MA BAR turns the water a beige color (again - probably the cocoa powder) and it makes mounds of bubbles.

If you find the other honey scents too subtle for you MA BAR may create the perfect bath.

Dessert without the calories

Very nice
I really liked the smell and cool mesh bag.I was a little disappointed on softening power and the amount of oats left in the bag.Could have been more silky and have more oats.Overall nice anyway.

I received this as a gift and I was absolutely thrilled because I adore Lush products.This little gem made me feel very soft afterwards.It has oats in it which is very soothing for the skin.It also has a pleasant floral scent.I would've given it 5 stars, but this is similar to the bath scrubbies sold by Hella Good (also found in the Beauty section) which I think are incredible, but Ceridwen's bath melt is a close second!!!
