amazing results.
I was hesitant to spend this amount and not see results. Well, the proof is in the pudding, so to speak. StriVectin WORKS. As I was much heavier at one point in my life, I had stretch marks to show for it. While they never really bothered me before, I thought I'd give it a try, with summer around the corner. I'm at just about 3 weeks of use and they are FADING. Literally. While they haven't vanished completely yet, I am quite happy with the results. They have drastically faded so far, and have lost that 'silvery' look of before. They recommend using this product up to 6 weeks and I plan on doing just that. Simple and easy. And guess what? You can even use this product on your face! They make the claim that it's "Better than Botox" and I would agree. Something you normally do, like putting on lotion is far healthier, simpler and saner. Although it doesn't bother me; the minty scent could bother some people on their face and hence they've released the non frangrant eye creme. LOVE this product!

Not right for my skin
I'm pretty sad about this one, especially because of the cost.I'm 34, with decent skin but some of the typical lines starting around the eyes, forehead, lip line, etc.My skin does tend toward oily yet sensitive at times, if that context helps any of you out.A friend of mine all of a sudden looks 10 years younger, beautiful, glowing poreless skin without needing any foundation so I asked her what she was using.This was one of her key products and she said it took about 2 months for the effect to really be noticeable.

Unfortunately I can't use it enough to find out.First I tried appplying it around my eyes, on my forehead and above my upper lip.I broke out in really deep cystic acne in those areas after about 4 days.I started relegating the application only to the eye area and even that is now having a horrible reaction.I look like I've got insect bites under my eyes, or like I've been punched out.Yuck.It's gotta be some kind of allergic reaction.It works so beautifully for my friend, I guess I'll be giving it to her to finish.

No better than regular moisturizer
I used Stryvectin religously for two months and one week - more than double the recommended time to get some results - and it has made no more difference to my skin than regular moisturizer. I used it for fine lines on my face and thicker lines on my neck and forehead. To determine if it really worked, I decided to use it experimentally by applying it to the left side of my face only - every day as suggested on the packaging. After all this time, I cannot see the slightest difference between the left side of my face and the right side, and nor can any of my friends. I got better results on my neck when I was using Shiseido neck cream which is a third of the price. I would not buy Stryvectin again.

Was very intrigued about this product -- as a 45 year old with a Mediterranean complexion I was particularly interested in smoothing out the line which is forming between my eyebrows and the smile lines around my mouth -- I must say after about 3 weeks of using it twice daily, my skin looks and feels better - hard to believe but the lines are getting less visible; also the dark circles under my eyes have faded. The tub is very big, and the amount needed for the face is really pea-sized -- this tube will last for a long time. The cream is rich but not oily: my skin is prone to the occasional blemishes -- that was one of my concerns with this cream; but so far I haven't seen any downside. Glycare Cleansing Gel - saved my skin
About a year and a half ago I started visiting the dermatologist for help with my troublesome teenage skin. She prescribed to me a few products, most of which I still use, this being my favorite.

Glycare Cleansing Gel is a very strong facial cleansing gel for use twice a day. It removes oily build-up on your face. Unfortunately, my skin gets oily again after about an hour, and I have yet to find a product that can cure this.

However, I can say that it "saved my skin" because it helped a lot with my acne. It's not technically a "cure" because when I stop using it, my acne comes back again. Still, instead of getting breakouts daily or weekly they now come every few months, and that's usually when I'm not using this as my cleanser.

The gel is fragrance-free, which is good. It doesn't dry my skin out too much but makes it feel firm. Its main purpose is oil and acne control, so don't expect it to make your pores smaller or eliminate wrinkles. OMG!!!! i've never bought anything this great! the smell is incredible, though it has no taste. I immediatley fell head over heels once i saw the cute vintage tin at Sephora! This stuff is AMAZING!
I have recently bought this product to try and I'm already a little obsessed. I'm a lip product junkie, but nothing compares to this salve. It leaves my lips soft, supple, but not greasy or sticky. And unlike other lip balms (like softlips), it doesn't make my lips flake or peel. It may be a little expensive, but it is well worth the cost.I can see why this has been such a staple for so many people over the years. I'm already in love with it!
