Moisturize While Wearing The Delicious Scent Of Carnations
Just pour a dollop of this luscious lotion on the dry, scaly body part of your choice. Throughout the drying winter months, when central heating gives your skin a beating - and in the summer sun, even with sunscreen - think how thirsty your epidermis is. Quench its thirst! It's such an easy thing to do, and inexpensive too.

Have I mentioned the scent? Roses and tangerines are involved, I know this from the label - but the aroma is pure fresh carnations. At first whiff, when initially applied, the fragrance is strong. Not to worry. I panicked the first time. However, within a few minutes, as the skin drenches itself and drinks in the moisture, the intensity diminishes, leaving behind a faint feminine, sexy scent. Frankly, this scent lasts longer than many perfumes and colognes. (Very expensive perfumes that are supposed to last for hours - but that's another review). A touch of almond oil and cocoa butter are also added, but there is absolutely no residue.

The good news is that you can have your own bottle of "Potion" for just a fraction of the cost you'd pay for a major brand name body moisturizer, (and I have tried them). This works at least as well, if not better, and the lovely, lingering aroma of carnations will accompany you for hours - an added PERK!

This is one of my favorite products and I highly recommend it to everyone female. Our skins deserves it!

Moisturized but not greasy.
I have combination skin who can't decide if she's dry or oily and changes day to day. I've tried soooo many moisturizers and they all either made me break-out or didn't do a thing. Afterlife has revitalized my skin and I haven't had a zit in months. I use it with Lush's Fresh Farmacy solid cleanser and my skin has never looked better... ever.

Excellent moisturizer....I have "mature" skin, but prefer a light moisturizer. This fits the bill excellently.Wonderful scent from the natural products.....absorbs into the skin very quickly..no heavy residue. Skin feels conditioned, not just "coated."Highly recommend for those who have mature, sensitive skin. I have had excellent results in just one month of use.

I generally like philosophy's line of products, but this was kind of disappointing along with their other food scented shampoo/conditioner/body wash products.The scent is that of plastic artificial strawberries...like NesQuik or strawberry-flavored type beverages.It's not a fresh, fruity scent you would expect.It's not horrible or offensive, it's just not great.It works well as a shampoo, well as a body wash, but as a conditioner I was not impressed with it.It left my fine hair limp and tangled.So I'll use this as a shampoo and condition with something else.I do like philosophy's unscented shampoo and conditioner; It's in Your Head and Sheer Splendor.They also make a good deep conditioning treatment called Head Trip.I've tried a few of the food scented products and I think the chocolate scented ones smell a bit more real than the strawberry, but they don't condition my hair as promised.I don't think I would buy this specific one again. ...
