Leaves Skin Silky Smooth. But Not for Sensitive Skin.
Super Slough Scrub is a two-in-one shower gel and exfoliating scrub. The blue gel base lathers when rubbed and easily washes clean. My skin is sensitive to soap residue, but I don't detect any left behind by this Scrub. The scrubbing grains are pretty coarse, but they do a fine job of removing dead skin and leaving skin silky smooth. Super Slough Scrub doesn't smell like anything that I can put my finger on, but simply "perfumed". I find the scent a little heavy when I am in the shower, but it does not hang around much after I wash the Scrub off. Although Super Slough Scrub does a good job at an attractive price, it is not ideal for sensitive skin. The coarse scrubbing grains leave some areas of my skin red for about a half an hour. It's not an allergic reaction, just minor irritation. The fragrance isn't ideal for sensitive skin or noses, either. If Blisslabs would only decrease the size of the grains a little and eliminate the fragrance, they'd have a full body scrub that suits everyone's skin and budget. Nevertheless, most women will be delighted with the soft, inviting skin this scrub produces. Super Slough Scrub is an antidote for flaking skin in the winter and peeling skin in the summer -although it's too harsh to use on a sunburn, peeling or not. ... Read more
