Amazing for dry winters
This product is an absolute lifesaver for people like me who have to live through the fierce cold and dry winters of Minnesota (and other places, I am sure).This year I bought the buffy bar for my backside, but am thrilled that it keeps ALL of my skin soft and un-itchy for several days before needing to use it again.I am much happier in my skin this winter.Like others have said before me, keep it out of the shower or it disappears too fast... it also makes the shower surface really slippery, so be careful!

What a genious product!
This is really extraordinary, it is super exfoliating and super moisturizing and lasts forever as long as you don't leave it in your shower.I adore this product to the tips of my soft silky toes!

I love Buffy so much... she can exfoliate me any day.
This is an amazing exfoliant. While it does get used up fast (my suggestion, borrowed from the lush.com forums is to keep it in a soap dish outside of the shower), it gets my skin to a point at which I am embarrassed to think about what it was like before. This is as good as it gets.

Great for those really dry patches
The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is because it melts really quickly in the shower and is kind of expensive per use.I break it into 4ths and take one piece in with me- otherwise the entire thing would turn to mush in a hot shower and be gone!

Buffy is pretty much a slab of cocoa butter with scrubby stuff in it, so heat melts it quickly.You have to use this in the shower so you can wash off the excess grease when you're done exfoliating... Philosophy Baby Grace
I have the fragrance and the shampoo, bath and shower gel, and although I'm allergic to almost everything...this does not bother me. The fragrance is very light and not the type that hangs on and makes you feel sick...yet it lasts a long time.

Smelling Delicious!
Birthday Suit is a fantastic body wash that cleanses, moisturizes and leaves me smelling too yummy for words - all at the same time! It has a wonderful, thick lather that lasts while I wash.It doesn't immediately become watered down and disappear down the drain in the middle of my shower.I cannot get over how delicious it smells!It's like eating a cupcake with icing without the guilt (and without eating the body wash, of course!)I give it a "two thumbs up." I'm hooked!

Absolutely Fabulous!
Although I was planning on gifting Hella Good's Body Wash to my sister, I made the mistake of opening the lid just to get a quick whiff and I was hooked! The body wash has a wonderfully thick consistency and since they really pack a ton in this large jar, you don't have to worry about conserving it. It left my skin silky smooth with a very light scent that made me smell delicious (at least that's what my husband said!)

I definitely recommended Hella Good to all my family and friends!

Smells Soooo Good!
Imagine birthday cake and how wonderful the frosting is, and that's what you get in a big fat tub from Hella Good. Birthday Suit is a body wash that's creamy and looks like cake frosting. Thought it would be Vanilla Heaven
I love these products...for what it is, I use it as a shower gel and the lather is great, doesn't dry me out.But I was excited for a Vanilla Cupcake sented experience... I was dissapointed.I would recommend the other products, the fruity ones, ice cream ones, Key Lime pie for sure..I would not buy this again for the smell.

Somewhat disappointed
I was so intrigued by being able to shower and come out smelling like a cupcake, but was disappointed.Don't get me wrong, this does smell good and feels soft going on your skin.However, the scent is nothing like a cupcake, more like a cheap vanilla.

I'd recommend trying another scent or buy a cheaper vanilla if that's what you're going for.

Sephora is great as always with prompt shipping and nice packaging.

Pick another "flavor"...
Let me start by saying that the product works as well as Philosophy's other products.However, I have nearly all of the Philosophy 3-in-1's and I keep hoping that they will get a "vanilla" one right.This "flavor" is even worse than their "Vanilla Ice Cream" in the sense that it barely has a fragrance at all.Whereas "Vanilla Ice Cream" smells (strongly) like the plastic used in shower curtains, this one smells pretty much like the base used in all of Philosophy's 3-in-1's.I certainly do not detect a bit of the "Vanilla Cupcake" fragrance they claim the product should have.What I do detect as a slight fragrance vanishes immediately after the product leaves the bottle.I must say that I am not impressed with Philosophy's new 3-in-1's at this point.The "Vanilla Cupcake" stinks and the "Mimosa" smells like Pina Colada to me.If you want a good Philosophy 3-in-1, get the "Cinnamon Buns", "Pumpkin Pie", "Eggnog", "Spiced Apple Cider", or "Double Rich Hot Cocoa" variations.And always remember that if you use these products as a shampoo, you will need to use a good conditioner afterwards. ... Try another Lush soap
I adore Lush soaps, and have tried more than a few.I have only been disappointed twice, and Figs and Leaves was one example.My biggest issue with the soap is that it contains actual dried tree leaves, and these come off with use and generally mess up your tub and drain.Smells ok, and exfoliates a little, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Big surprise...
When I first opened my Figs & Leaves, I was repulsed. I had never smelt anything from LUSH that smelled so...weird. The consistancy (dry) was unlike any of the other LUSH soap. It was rather soft, and even after letting it cure a bit, it still is.

After a couple of days, the "weird" scent faded and a much nicer light floral (smells nothing like figs in my opinion) scent remained. When I asked other people to sniff it, they were unsure whether they liked the scent or not. I was too. I was upset because I had wanted this one for quite awhile and had been let down. I sniffed it a couple times over the next day or so and came to like it more. It wasn't my fave but I appreciated the scent more.

Figs and leaves may take some getting used to, but once you do, its well worth it. The smell transforms...it grows on you. It smells nice in the shower and is a VERY moisturizing soap (the best moisturizing soap lush has) and has fig seeds to exfoliate. I am very pleased with this soap now.

Yummy!
Not the prettiest soap LUSH has but it's wonderful! There's little exfloiating bits that gives you a nice gentle scrub and soft skin. An occasional fig leaf falls off once in a while but it's not a major clean up or anything nor the smell linger very long.

Good man soap, but I like it too...
I bought this for my husband to use after his 4am runs, thinking the mint might start his day off happy and awake.He loves the smell (and the color).The nice lady who sold it to us told us to take the wax off, so we didnt have an issue with that.I used it one morning after I was crazy enough to get up and exercise at 4am and I liked it too.The scent isnt too strong for girls, and it took all the oily feeling from my post-exercise skin without drying me out.

At least I'm washable...
I didn't know you were supposed to peel that waxy rubbery black stuff off the soap...I normally get store-bought olive oil soap but it smelled so good, I had to try it.I ended up COVERED with black, waxy streaks all over my body when I got out of the shower!They didn't rinse off, either.The only thing that seemed to work was to rub really vigorously with a towel...I still had black smudges and a wax residue.Once I figured out how to take a knife to the coating, I had a better opinion of the soap, except that it pretty much cut the soap in half.It smelled really nice, but I don't think I would get this again.

Try another Lush soap v.2.0
I generally love Lush soaps, but do not recommend this one. Demon in the Dark has a great name, but it doesn't smell very good (a sort of faint, slightly minty scent). It also has a black wax coating that is rather difficult to peel or scrape off, but must be removed for the soap to work properly.I would try Red Rooster or Karma soap instead.

Stink-a-riffic!
I am a man.I have never been a fan of beauty product stores.They assault my nose, cost an arm and a leg, and generally the products smell good but do nothing.
Demon in the Dark soap has me totally hooked on Lush.It smells great.It wakes me up in the morning.After several washings with it you begin to soak it into your skin and your body heat makes it like a cologne.

If you have a thing for lemons, this is your soap!
The scent is a very nice, genuine lemon smell. Nothing fake or created.The only way I can put it is; if you've ever had a perfect tasting glass of lemonade (not too sweet, not too tart), well then this is EXACTLY what it smells like.It's kind of odd to say that, but it's the only way to describe it.It lathers nicely and gets you SUPER clean.It's a little on the drying side though, so use some Each Peach massage bar afterwards (it goes perfectly together).The scent however didn't last that long and left my skin feeling a little tight (the drying I guess).Overall, a nice soap, but one I wouldn't use everyday.Definitely one to use when your feeling extra grubby!

Lovely Lemon ZEST!
If you were in a lemon orchard in full bloom, sitting in a tub of lemon juice, eating lemons, it would still not smell as lemony as a bar of Bohemian!It's a great little soap. The catalog description is right on the money.

Great juicy- fruity smelling soap!
The scent of this soap is incredible!Very Hawaiian punch like!It makes a TON of lather even without a shower puff.It does a thorough job of getting you clean and leaving you smelling lightly sweetened.The scent doesn't last more than a couple of hours, as I'm noticing with all the soaps I've tried so far.But you still smell great nonetheless.As other reviewers have mentioned about the stars being sharp, well I'm here to tell you they aren't lying!Those little guys are sharp and WILL scratch you.Either pick them off or rub the bar onto a shower sponge and use that on your skin. As far as moisturizing goes, it's not too bad.. but could be better.It's by no means as good as Honey I Washed The Kids as far as moisture goes.Definetly give that one a try as well!

pretty pretty pink soap
The color of this soap is so neat. It's a bright pink soap that cheers you up just looking at it. And the fruit punch smell that goes with it is divine. I think kids would love it as much as (some) adults. As far as the glitter goes, it depends on which piece you get. Mine had some tiny yellow glitter on top that washed off the first time I used it. And then I was left with a smooth fruity pink bar. If you are lucky enough to go into a Lush store you can pick out whatever piece you want.

For those who love fruity!
I got a bar of Angel Delight Soap and I wish I had been warned about the scratchy stars. If you aren't into glitter it's probably best to avoid this one. The scent was sort of a mix of watermelon and fruit punch Jolly Ranchers.

Not very pretty
I purchased this soap based on the description, thinking I would get stars or glitter or different colors in the soap.
The bar I received was pink and smelled faintly of watermelon.
