Very strong scent...
it stayed on me for a long time and was very perfumy smelling.The scent was somewhat floral and musky but I guess that was somewhat sensual in a way.My husband said he liked it although I wasn't so sure if I liked it or not.Too strong perhaps.

The Best Bomb
Makes skin smell and feel amazing.The scent lingered in my bathroom for at least two weeks.I agree that it smells more flowery than foody, though.

Butterball
I liked this bath bomb ok.I guess the scent was not at all what I expected.I think what I expected was a warm, more vanilla-ey and butter scent - kind of like cake batter.It was more herbally than sweet.I just prefer my bath scents more "sweet" - like baked goods instead of herbs.
It did leave my skin very soft.On purchasing again, I would search for another scent.

Oh, so Lovely
The smell is what did for me, though the softening quality is nice too.I had just one bomb sitting in the bathroom and it made my whole master bedroom smelling beautiful.I would buy them just for that quality.

Butterball, where have you been all my life?!
I just got out of my Butterball Bomb bath.The only reason I finally got out was the water was bordering on stone cold.I was a little leery because the bomb I got was rather small.It was free, so I'm not sure if the bombs are naturally small.If they come any bigger, I might have to mortgage my soul to buy them all.

The scent of my bomb reminded me distinctly like honey.Not overtly sweet, with a touch of innocense and a pinch of a sultry scent.I just realised there's ylang ylang in there, which makes sense for the sultry thing.I dropped the bomb in and saw the little slivers of cocoa butter slide out of the fizz and disappear into the water.I tried to grab at them, but they melted quickly (I like HOT water in my baths) so I picked up the whole bomb to try to feel a sliver.It's pure cocoa butter.I let the bomb fizz around the whole bath and was surprised at how long it fizzed.I'm generally disappointed with bombs because they die out so quickly.This was a small one, but apparently tightly packed because it fizzed for a long time!

I could feel the cocoa butter soaking into my skin right away.I soaked in the water until it was cold enough that it was uncomfortable (after using all the hot water in the whole house to reheat my bath).I am *SO SOFT* right now.I'm in love.IN LOVE.Butterball Bath Bombs are a MUST HAVE in my bathroom from here on out!

I finally ! Finally purchase some Lush products after reading so much from other customers. Im a total Bath/Beauty Product Guru and I did not think these fizzy ball were in the least bit great. They Fizz yes. But Pretty much thats it. The smell is awesome when they are in the cheap little sandwich bag they come in but once you plop that baby in the Tub..it disappears and I wasnt impressed at all! Sorry Lush! Thank God I didnt spend an arm/leg on them. It was like soaking in Plain water w/this Bomb. I also got Honey Bee and same thing..No big Whoop!

This along with Big Shampoo, was my first try of Lush's products, I purchased several bath bombs (Big Blue, Sex Bomb, as well as the promo free ButterBall) since they had pretty good reviews... I am a true believer in the Bath as Therapy! So, of course I wanted to check this stuff out, and let me just say.........Honeeee, Those that haven't should!!! Silky Smooth
This and the rest of the bath bombs in the Lush collection leave your skin silky smooth. Ive used other bath products but these bombs leave my skin the silkiest ive ever felt. Whatever is in those bombs just envelops your body in a shell of silk, thats how it actually feels when you get out of the bath. Ive tried this bomb , the rainbow warrior and butterball. They all smell good and leave you feeling great. My only complaint is it takes a long time to recieve them. 4 stars.

One of the greatest...
The only gripe I have about this is that I wish it was BIGGER!! I hate using a whole one =( The scent is so incredibly soothing and it really helps you sleep. For serious insomniacs, (like me) try throwing this bomb in your tub and then add a LUSH "Dreamtime Bath Melt" I only use one half of each instead of just one whole bomb and nothing else...and instead of just being relaxed and "sleepy", I can hardly keep my head up in the tub and keep nodding off! One of the greatest baths ever. I just wouldn't stay in the tub for very long in case you fall asleep ;) I never last that long before I have to get out of the tub and crash.

Amazing
I ordered about ten bath bombs because I was so sold on the free butterball bathbomb I had been getting with orders and this was my favorite. It not only smells great but the water was such a pretty deep blue.I wanted to go out and buy ocean pictures for my bathroom, paint it blue, move to california. Truly,it was inspiring.

Salty, breezy, citrusy, fresh!
My sister has been a Sea Vegetable soap junkie since I first discovered one of the Vancouvers shop in the late 1990s and went nuts shopping for Christmas. Since then, she's learned to expect a healthy supply of the soap every birthday and Christmas. After sniffing around the shop on a recent visit to Victoria, I discovered that the Big Blue and Ocean Salt cleanser make a big, happy, complimentary-smelling family, so my sister's supply of bath products has increased exponentially. The best part is, guys love this stuff, too! I think it's because these each smell sort of like a really potent margarita.

This was the very first Lush product I tried and it is my absolute favorite. Everytime I purchase from Lush I always get 1 or 2 of these. The smell is just lovely, kind of citrusy with a hint of flowers. And it turns your bath water the most amazing color of ocean water blue. When I'm lying in a tub full of big blue water I close my eyes and pretend I'm a mermaid. Definitely a must have, at least for me.

Princess for a Night
This was the first Lush product that I tried. I love it!! I will purchase again. This bath bomb is BIG..(in comparison to the bombs that you get in the store). It fizzes for a long time, letting out a nice soft jasmine scent and lots of glitter. Your bath water will be literally full of glitter. And yes..it will be all over you. BUT the glitter is pretty irredescent..you will not be covered in bright, colorful glitter, but irridescent, slightly sparkling glitter. I decided to use this before a special night out when I wouldn't mind a little sparkle on my skin. I also smelled really nice.

This one smells so pretty and flowery, I feel like a fairy princess. And I love the lavender shade it turns my water. But I'm not big on glitter being all over me. Luckily it washed off easily with a bath pouff. I would probably buy again.

this bathbomb is PACKED with glitter.When I bought it, I understood it was filled with glitter, I knew that.But I had no idea, really.The glitter was all over me for days, and I would continue to find it for a couple of weeks.And I mean, I was COVERED with glitter.The bomb smells really good, but if you're just a fan of jasmine and not so much on the glitter, you should buy All that Jas instead.if you really really like glitter, go for it! you'll love it.a better solution might be just to use half of the bomb for a little less glitter, but I haven't tried that.I'm a little scared to.

Very girlie
This one smells nice, but won't leave you with much scent after you get out of the tub.What it will leave you is glittery, but not as glittery as a "glitterbug."(Which I think is the equivalent of smearing glitter all over yourself.)

DO NOT waste your money on this!
I bought all the colors for my son and it was a complete waste!For one thing, you can BARELY see any color at all!It was so light, you could hardly tell that there even was any color to it.Secondly, it's a pain in the butt to get the thing to roll.On dry skin it does come out a little, but once the skin gets wet.. forget it!The little ball doesn't roll and no color is dispensed.If your child likes to draw in the tub, stick to soap crayons.They're way better than this anyday! ... Love it, but I must warn you
I really liked this bath bomb - very relaxing, great scent, fun pink color in the water and my skin felt silky smooth.However, I must warn you to use with caution if you have a pet.The smell was just too much for one of my cats.She thought I was a giant cat nip toy!That darn cat kept trying to either lick me or bite me.I tried going under a blanket, she kept right after me.I finally had to go into another room and she kept meowing at the door.My husband and I couldn't stop laughing (and I expect my other cat was laughing at the whole thing too!).Nothing in the ingredients would suggest such behavior (all herbs listed have a calming effect) but it had a totally different reaction for one of my cats.Unless you enjoying being a cat toy, don't say you weren't warned.

Not my favourite.
I decided to try it on a whim as I used to use a product that coloured my bath water and I loved it.I liked the element of surprise with the bomb and them choosing the colour, however, I knew immediately what colour mine was by the tape on the bag.It was yellow and the water didn't colour at all.There was a teeny area of bubbles that were tinted yellow, but the water did not change colour one bit.

The scent was nice--very earthy with some citrus to it.I could pick out the different elements to the scents very easily.The vetivert is stonger than the sandalwood, and I'd have preferred it the other way around, but since all Lush products are handmade, it's possible that I got a batch with stronger vetivert than sandalwood.And the bomb fizzed for a LONG time!I was impressed by that.It was tightly packed, didn't crumble, and fizzed for a lot longer than any other bomb I've used.

I liked the long-fizz and the scent was nice but I don't think it's a bomb I'd buy on a continual basis.Maybe if they were on sale or something along those lines.

my favourite
Rainbow Warrior smells so good, it's beyond ridiculous.the smell lingers in your hair days afterwards and everytime I use one, people come up to me and compliment me on how good I smell.The fortunes, although somewhat nonexciting, are still fun to get.The water doesn't turn much of a colour, but the smell is so intoxicating it makes it all worth it.

One of their best
I didn't think I would like this bath bomb, but I got one because I liked the name (the Rainbow Warriors are my home team).It's a white bath ball, the large kind, and has flecks of pastel color in it.When you drop it in your bath it fizzes up pink or green or whatever color that particular batch is.The scent is wonderful, a rich sandalwood with hints of rose.The water gets silky soft, but the best part is the way the scent lingers on your skin and hair, subtly scenting you for at least a day or two after.There is also a cute little fortune in the middle for entertainment value.One thing I really liked about this bath bomb was that it fizzed for a really long time, rather than fizzing up and disappearing right away.

I bought one of these in Amsterdam for my daughter. She's an esthetician, and she is very picky about anything that affects her skin. She also does not like loud fragrances, and she did not like the Fairy Jasmine or the one that has the rose petals in it (forget the name). She said the glitter in the Fairy Jasmine stuck to the tub, and the rose one was too cloying. However, she loved this one. An added surprise is that not only do you not know what color your bath water will turn, but there's a little fortune cookie-like slip inside, too. (Dumb sentiment, but fun!)

my favorite bubble bar
This is my favorite because it has a nice, calming scent that relaxes you in the tub, and leaves just the slightest hint of lavendar with you.(Very relaxing, even when I'm all stressed out from work!)I think this ranks in the middle in terms of the intensity of fragrance that LUSH puts in its bubble bars, and it's just right.

As with all LUSH bubble bars, the bubbles pile high and you can get about 4-5 movie star style bubble baths out of one bar.The water turns purple (the bubbles are white) but unlike some of the bath bombs (many of which have a lot of cocoa butter in them), you don't necessarily have to scrub the ring out of your tub after using one of these.If you don't want the bubbles, try "Waving Not Drowning," which is the only LUSH product I like better than Bathos.(That won't leave a purple ring, either.)

The B is made of green glitter, but I've never found myself sparkly after getting out of the tub- which is good, because I'm almost 30 and don't like running around looking like Tinkerbell at work.

Field of flowers!
This was the first Ballistic I tried and it's still my absolute favorite!
Little petals float around in the pink water and the smell is amazing - like Spring - and it lasts and lasts.

Day changing bath bomb!
So I found out my divorce lawyer is costing more than my net worth, my dog has ticks from the "de-stressing walk" that we took this afternoon, and my 4 year old daughter thinks my new hair cut and color is "not good or pretty". I figured that I would try the Softy Bomb and then have a triple vodka martini, a xanax and a stale emergencey ciggarette. I was had at Softy, lol. With the bomb, my tub seemed to turn into a lovely cup of healing tea for my body and brain. Honestly, 5 seconds after slipping in, I could seriously feel that weight of a really sucky day just slip off. It smells great, the rose petals add to the "tea" effect and my skin is now soft and smelling great. The vodka, xanax and ciggarette can stay on the top shelf in my garage. My day is better. Thanks softy!

Hmmm...
I was really excited to use this bomb so when I did, I used an old panty hose to keep the rose petals from clogging my tub and expected some sort of rosy floral fantasy but somehow it ended smelling like old stale roses.I don't know how to describe it but it wasn't pleasant for me.I might have had a bad one perhaps but first impression is my last impression for this one.I won't be buying this one again.I'd say go with the Fairy Jasmine or Sakura instead for a floral or fresh green smell.

like xanax for the bath
This is positively the most transporting scent ever used in a bath bomb by Lush. All of the dried roses in it can clog up the tub and harsh an otherwise superlative mellow, but I figured out that if you tie the bomb up in a cheesecloth bag (sort of like a bouquet garni for cooking), or even just stick it in an old nylon stocking, before putting it in the bath, you get all of the dreaminess without the sort of scudgy reconstituted rose petals everywhere. When I finish my bath, I let the little cheesecloth bag dry out and then use it as a sachet in my lingerie drawer (the petals continue to release their scent for months afterwards). ... Read more

Do they make them in 5 pound bars?
Lately, I've been plagued with insomnia.I can't fall asleep to save my life which is simply cruel because sleeping is a favourite hobby of mine.When I saw this melt, I was skeptical, but willing to try it.I know chamomile and lavender are both sleep agents and I like the smell of both.

The melt bar is small, but I found it to be rather cute.My bathtub is also really small, so I halved the melt and tossed it into a hot hot hot bath one night when I was just simply *desperate* for sleep.It didn't foam up, and I didn't expect it to (but I'd love one that does--I'm just sayin') but when I slipped into the water...whoa.The water was absolutely silky.It felt so lovely!

I was in the bath for longer than my usual (ridiculously long) bathtime because I loved the smell so much.It was earthy and delicate at the same time, which is a combination that's hard to achieve.And it was a relaxing scent.Very relaxing.I made sure I got sufficiently soaked all over my body before I got out.The melt gave the water almost a lotion quality and I could feel the softness in my skin immediately (and could still feel it the next morning at work--after another shower!).

And the sleep....Well, it didn't put me to sleep.But once I did fall asleep, I slept harder than I had in weeks.I'd like to think the melt had something to do with it.It's definitely going to become a staple item in my Bath Goodies drawer.

This is the melt to try if you need to de-stress.It makes your skin so soft and takes away all your worries.Heed the warning - it will put you into a coma of sleep after.I love it so much I just bought 6 more.Also recommend Bath and Body Works French Lavender candle.

Chamomile lovers...
...This melt is for you. It's like a really strong pot of chamomile tea, with hints of sandalwood and ginger.

The chamomile scent really stands out, but I didn't find the melt to be sleep-inducing.I felt relaxed, like I always do after a nice LUSH bath, but not overly so.It was moisturizing, but not super-moisturizing.

A good product to have on hand for your evening bath, I keep three or four around as basic bath supplies.

This really will help knock you out. Especially mixed with a Waving not Drowning bomb. Its not a very subtle scent, really. Its a bit strong, but not too strong...It really helps sleep. Plus, it moisturizes you REALLY well. For more moisture during the bath, take the bar and rub it all over your body or on dry spots. Works well. Definitely a staple. Good for insomniacs (me) those dealing with depression (me) anxiety (me) This is very calming.Use the night before an important day...If you're like me you stay up all night because you're too excited or stress to sleep, and being tired the next day isn't a good thing. This will always help you sleep and help you calm down.

Very Relaxing and Mild
I only gave this a three but rest assured that I also make sure it's one of those that I'm always stocked up with. I perfer stronger scents and Dreamtime is more on the mild side so I sometimes use it with another bomb or use it as a bar and rub all over with it.The scent is very calming and restful however so if you take baths at night, particularly after a hard and stressful day, try this one! ... if you like fruit loops cereal then try avobath
I swear, this bomb smells exactly like Fruit Loops cereal, which just happens to be my favorite cereal. Nice and fruity scent, with a hint of flowers in the background. It turns your water a pretty, pale apple green color. Oh and I didn't have any glitter in mine either, so don't worry all you glitter-phobes.

Sparkly citrus
I love the fresh scent of the Avobath, there's just nothing like it. It smells like springtime to me. I have yet to notice any glitter in an Avobath bath (and I've taken about 10) so if you're glitter shy, don't let that stop you from trying this one!

Avocado Bath Heaven
I like to eat avocados, I like avocado face masks, and now I can bathe in eau de avocado!This bath bomb is possibly my favorite - very softening, great color (turns your tub into a nice green lagoon), and great lemony scent.I didn't find the glitter to be very noticeable, so don't worry about that.Stock up on this one! ... Gosh this thing was harshly scented!
Whew - could this bar have been any more herbally scented?I am not sure at all what I expected, but this thing really got my nasal allergies going.It did make alot of bubbles and softened my skin.As for relaxing, no way!I had to take a shower about an hour later to actually get that herbally scent off me.Gave me a headache.I also had to retrieve the wrapper out of the bathroom waste basket and put into the regular trash can and take the bag out of the house.And still the bathroom had some of that scent for days.This one is not for me.I still have a Ma Bar and Sweet Candy bar and I'm hoping very much that their scents will be more pleasing to me.I will definitely buy more bubble bars, as it did bubble amazingly.Just will choose a different scent and hope for something better next time.:)

My Favorite
I love the scent of this bubble bar!Due to having extremely hard water, I've had some pretty hit-or-miss experiences with Lush products; some things I can barely smell at all, while others take on a tinny scent.But this one is wonderful; I can't say enough good about it.I only use a third of the bar for a bath; if you use the whole bar, it will be overpowering!

The scent lasts a long time and everyone seems to like it...it isn't flowery or sweet...it's kind of hard to explain.I keep three or four bars in a bowl in the bathroom, and without fail every single person that uses that bathroom asks me what the wonderfull scent is!

strong
I Love the orange-y, spicy, earthy scent of Karma, but in Bubble Bar form, its way way way too strong and my poor little nose and eyes can't handle it too well (which is rare by the way) Produces good bubbles :)

Fresh and floral
I really enjoyed this bath bomb.Not too strong nor weak, just right.It reminded me of fresh cut flowers on a spring day.It wasn't perfumy or sweet smelling, just fresh and floral which is the kind of fragrance I want to smell when I'm tired and bogged down by the world outside and dismal weather.I'd definately buy this one again.

Wonderfully Girly

Expensive for 1 one-time item
The bath bombs smell great and the fizzle effect is nice, although it's over with quickly.However, for the price, they are --overall-- an expensive item for a single use.The dark colored "bombs" leave a ring in the tub.

Lush's Honey fragrance smells just like toffee.
It's my favorite cool weather scent because it smells warm and comforting.

I enjoy the Honey Bee Bomb more than the MA BAR Bubble Bar because it is not as overpowering as the bubble bar. It does turn the water yellow and there is some grit from the "mud", but overall this creates a fun, sweet-smelling bath.

Fixed My Bee Problem
This past weekend I was alarmed to find that my bath tub had been overtaken by bees. Much to my surprise, they had built 3 entire beehives in my tub! As you can imagine, I was hard-pressed for a solution. Then I stumbled across this baby. Thanks to next day shipping, I only had to go 2 days without a bath until I let this radical invention work its sweet magic. You simply put it in the tub, and it explodes the bees. Now, I know what you're thinking. "Could it possibly explode other non-bee forms of life?" And I'm pretty sure it won't, but you might wanna ask elsewhere. All I know is I can finally take baths without those pesky bees!

barely any scent at all
I don't know if I got a weak batch or if the scent is just really light, but I could barely smell anything once I dunked this one in the water. And it also colored my bath water a weird urine yellow color. Not very appealing. Don't think I will purchase again.

Pretty good..

Wonderful bedtime bath
This was my first Lush experience and now I am hooked. Something about the scent of this bubble bar relaxes me like nothing else. It didn't smell like hot (coconut) milk to me - it has a warm, spicy, pleasant scent - but it definitely had that "warm milk before bedtime" effect. And it works miracles on my rambunctious two-year-old daughter. Not only does it produce LOADS of bubbles (fwiw we have an oversized clawfoot tub, and a third of a bar filled it to the top w/bubbles) but the scent seems to calm and relax her as much as me. Warning: don't take this bath if you're planning an evening out! You'll just want to snuggle into bed afterwards!

Great on a cold night
When the weather outside is blustery and ugly, I like nothing better than to get into a hot bath with half a sweet Hot Milk? bubble bar and a spicy Hot Java ballistic. It's one of my favourite Lush bath combinations, for an all-over warmth and general good feeling that will carry you into dreamland.
